Hi all you divers out there, we hope you are not put off too much by the current cold winter weather and are ready for some winter diving activities! Ana and Phil have just returned from a fab recce trip to the Philippines where they visited the 4 island destinations of Cebu, Negros, Bohol and Mindoro. The diving, Weather, people and the place were simply fantastic with the stuff real adventures are made of. Now that we are back we have already booked a group trip for next year taking in the 2 Atlantis dive resorts of Dumaguete and Puerto Galera which were fantastic on our trip. More... |

Malia Pridgeon has finally passed her Divemaster course after being our longest running DM Internship member at 4 years! The biggest bonus is we have had the pleasure of her charming company. We would like to offer her our congratulations and hope that she will continue to come and dive with us as a friend and valued DM! |

Earlier this year our lovely Steve Hill also completed his Divemaster training with us and went on to our partner in Malta to complete his IDC and Instructor examinations. Steve joined us in September last year to complete his Rescue and EFR courses and then moved on to the DM Internship programme. He quickly became a firm favourite with students and fellow DM,s and Instructors and we are now very pleased to welcome him as part of the teaching staff! | Our barbecue Party on 15 September was a fantastic success with over 70 attending. Fine food, Booze and boogie made the night go with a bang and the music didn't stop 'till 5am! Just a note for future parties, dont carry your mobile phone when walking anywhere near the pool, just in case Mark McAuley happens to be around. Sorry Glenn and Magda! |

Our Malta weekend trip have been a great success in 2007 with over 50 divers joining us for our Diving/socialising 3 night group trips. Steve has just returned from the October trip where he qualified 2 more Open Water divers and 9 others went for the crack and to dive the wrecks of the ROZI and the P29 'Kondor' Class patrol boat. Our last trip this year is 6-9 December if you fancy getting away beofre Xmas with 6 trips planned for 2008 more... |

Phil has been running group trips to Puerto Galera in the Philippines for 13 years now and we have had some wicked trips. The Diving is extremely varied with amazing corals, fantastic sea life and great currents for exciting drift dives along coral walls! After Ana and Phil's trip to 4 islands, we have planned a 2 island group trip for 2008 with a week in Dumaguete for the amazing Apo Island diving and a week in Atlantis Puerto Galera. Sharm elSheik has always been a firm favourite amongs UK divers with a great variety of sea life coupled with the now great nightlife. We thought it would be a great way to spend Xmas and would love you guys to come along and join us. We are always looking for new divers to come and join us and would like you to help us convert your friends and family to start diving. In order to do this we are offerring our £25 Voucher for every new diver you recommend to take a course with us. Just get your friend to give us your name when they come along and we will send out the voucher to spend in our shop!
Now the cold weather has set in we thought it a good idea to offer you guys some essential courses to keep your diving interest over the winter months. The Dry Suit Speciality Course means that even when the water is cold, you can still take advantage of a sunny day and keep warm whilst diving.
The most asked about course this year has to be Nitrox Diver Course and now that we can qualify you in the classromm to enable you to dive on your holidays, it's the perfect course for those winter months.
Discover Submatix Rebreathers is your opportunity to strap on a rebreather and try it out for yourself. We give you a theory lecture about how rebreathers work and let you build up a unit ready for your pool dive. The perfect opportunity to find out everything you wanted to know about rebreathers
All divers should have a basic knowledge of how their gear works and what to do if there is a problem. The Equipment Speciality Course will cover all those points and is very interesting and popular for new and experienced divers alike.
Most prople want to take photographs of their holidays and Divers are no exception. The Digital Photographer Level 1 will cover all the basics of using and maintaining you Digital underwater camera so you can make the most of it.
For 2008 we want to offer you the chance to go diving in the UK. We are planning 6 weekend trips in Dorset and Devon starting April to take in some of the UK's best wrecks. You will need a minimum of PADI Advanced completed in the UK or 10 UK Dives to maintain safety, if you don't have this experience then call us for help. These weekends will be advertised on the website and early booking is essential for boat and accommodation spaces. More details here....
